After order has been processed, delivery times depend on what country the item is being shipped to. For U.S. orders please allow a minimum of 4 business days to receive your order
For international orders please allow 14-21 business days to receive order, sometimes longer depending on your countries import laws
You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition within 7 days of delivery date. You will receive a full refund less shipping charges
Any shipping costs are your responsibility and will not be refunded
Please make your selections carefully. Any merchandise returned that is opened, damaged, or not in its original condition or packaging is subject to a 20% restock fee
Refused, Unclaimed or otherwise undeliverable items are subject to a service charge of $6.50
It is strongly suggested that your return be sent VIA a trackable delivery service with tracking information. (USPS, UPS, Fedex)
If merchandise is unopened, an exchange for item of equal or lesser value will be excepted upon authorization
If a return is needed we will do everything we can within our policies to rectify the problem

CANCELLATIONS
If you would like to cancel or modify an order please do so immediately
In most cases orders are processed within 1 hour of purchase
If your order has been processed through our ordering system prior to your cancellation request, the system will not allow us to cancel or modify orders
CLAIMS
Claims for non receipt or incorrect items must be received within 14 days of order date for U.S. customers or within 28 days of order date to international customers
Claims for damaged products must be received within 3 business days of receipt
We are not responsible for items not recieved or lost due to your mistake in listing your address. Please double check your address before finalizing your order
Please save original delivery package as it may have to be inspected by the Carrier

Due to California State Law, all California residents will be taxed 7.25% on purchases
